The Customer Service Points Program

The Customer Points Program is all about you!

To show our appreciation to you for shopping at the Albion Centre, we allow you to gain points with your receipts which can be redeemed for great gifts. It's very simple… you shop, you get points based on the dollar value spent and use those points towards attaining free merchandise. Unique Cart Vendors Welcome

The Albion Centre has an exclusive cart program for vendors who wish to sell their unique items. For more information please call 416-742-3102.

Stroller Rental Service

Customer Service offers FREE stroller rentals. This service is offered in making your shopping more enjoyable. To loan equipment, you need to fill out a wavier and simply leave a valid piece of photo identification at the Customer Service Desk which will be returned to you upon the return of the equipment.

Accessibility at The Albion Centre

The Albion Centre wants to make every shopping experience a comfortable and easy one!

Wheel chairs are available FREE of charge at the Customer Service Desk. All you need to do is leave a piece of identification while renting equipment, which will be returned once the equipment is brought back.

We also offer comfortable family washrooms and designated seating in the food court in order to make your shopping experience a friendly one.

Family Washrooms

The Albion Centre has a family washroom located next to the public washrooms near the food court and LCBO corridor. For use of the washroom, please contact the food court attendant or the Customer Service Booth.

Lost and Found Located at The Customer Service Desk

If you have lost an item anywhere in the mall visit the Customer Service Desk to see if it was turned in. Also if you found an item and wish to return it to its rightful owner drop it off at Customer Service Desk.
